1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • In the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, opened software packages, downloadable digital products).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

    • A defective item

    • A damaged item

    • An incorrect item received

  • In such cases, Brixado will cover the return shipping fees.


4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note:

    • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

    • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt.
To request an exchange, please contact us .


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without prior authorization


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the item, then request a return.


8. Global Shipping & International Returns

Brixado serves customers worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • International return shipping must be coordinated by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
